Start with the basics: + camera + tripod + steady-cam stabilizer for shooting while walking + wheelchair/shopping cart for dolly shots + lights and bounces + external mic and boom for dialog And of course you'll need editing and effects software. I have no idea what the good software is these days, so you're on your own there.
